For carriers with 1 to 10 trucks

Pass your New Entrant safety audit. Know your profit per mile.

Driver files, drug and alcohol records, truck maintenance and every filing deadline in one place, with a readiness score that tells you exactly what an auditor would flag. Then add loads and fuel to see what each mile really earns.

No card needed. From $15 a month after the trial.

Free audit window check

Enter a USDOT number to see the carrier's FMCSA status, New Entrant audit window and next MCS-150 due date. No sign-up.

Uses FMCSA's public QCMobile data. Not affiliated with FMCSA.

The first 18 months decide whether you keep your authority

Every new interstate carrier gets a New Entrant safety audit, usually within the first 12 months. Sixteen specific violations fail it automatically, and most are paperwork.

Start from your USDOT number

We pull your public FMCSA record and work out your audit window, MCS-150, UCR, IFTA and Form 2290 dates.

Fill the gaps the score shows

A red, amber and green checklist built from the auditor's document list. Automatic-failure risks are flagged first.

Hand over one tidy packet

Download a zip with a PDF index, in the order the auditor asks for things: general, driver files, drug and alcohol, hours of service, vehicles.

Everything the auditor checks, and the numbers you run on

Built for owner-operators and small fleets, not for 500-truck carriers with a safety department.

Driver qualification files

Application, MVRs, road test, CDL and medical card dates, annual review and Clearinghouse queries for every driver (Part 391). Dates only: no SSNs, no medical details.

Drug and alcohol program

Consortium, random selections, pre-employment and random results, and the yearly MIS summary (Part 382). No program is an automatic failure; we make that impossible to miss.

Trucks and maintenance

Annual inspections, preventive maintenance by miles or months, and a DVIR defect log that tracks every repair to sign-off (Part 396).

Deadline emails

Reminders 30 days and 7 days before every expiry and on the day, plus a short Monday summary. Turn them off any time.

Profit per load and per mile

Log loads, fuel and expenses. See cost per mile, profit on each load and a monthly profit and loss, without a bookkeeping system.

IFTA worksheet

Miles by state plus the gallons from your fuel log give taxable gallons and tax due per jurisdiction. You enter the quarter's rates; we do the math.

Two plans. No setup fees.

Every feature on both. The difference is how many trucks and drivers you run.

Start free trial

14-day free trial with every feature, no card needed. Kit owners get 60 days with the code in the kit. Prices in US dollars. Cancel any time. There is no free plan: after the trial your records stay viewable and exportable, and adding new ones needs a plan.

Questions

Is this the same as a compliance service?

No. HaulReady is software that keeps your records organised and tells you what is missing. Nobody files anything for you, and it is not legal advice. For questions about your specific situation, ask FMCSA or a qualified compliance professional.

Are you connected to FMCSA?

No. We read FMCSA's public carrier data (QCMobile) when you enter your USDOT number. HaulReady is not affiliated with or endorsed by FMCSA or USDOT.

Do you store Social Security numbers or medical records?

No. Driver files keep dates and the documents you choose to upload. The app refuses anything that looks like an SSN.

What happens when the trial ends?

Choose Solo or Fleet to keep adding records. If you don't, nothing is deleted: you can still view everything and download your audit packet and a full export.

I bought the HaulReady kit. Where is my code?

It's printed in the kit. Enter it when you sign up for 60 days free instead of 14. More for kit owners.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes. Open it in your phone's browser and add it to your home screen. Log fuel or a defect from the cab in a few taps.
